What makes your products different from other online application solutions or CRM applications?
It's a true workflow system.
First, many solutions are simply hard coded to a certain database and form, ours
is completly customizable to meet your needs.
Second, there are many functions that happen before and after an application is
signed. Our workflow system takes a signed document and moves the business process
forward.
Third, we capture all the data on the singed documents to enable a myriad of business
intelligence capabilities.
Fourth, many online application products simply show a PDF and allow a user to
sign it. The result of this is simply a PDF application signed.
Fifth, many solutions are a number of products cobbled together. This creates a
confusing non-integrated view of the business causing large management, reporting
and communication gaps.
Do you host the solution or can I host it?
We have a number of great data centers that most of our customers are hosted
in. However, if you would like to host it yourself this can also be done.
Can you use my exact application for my processor?
Yes. Our HTML entry forms can mimic your merchant application exactly.
How long does it take to implement the product?
Our standard implementation without a lot of customization takes approximately 30
days.
What technical support is required from my organization?
If we host it, we just need a DNS entry made for your own domain and an SSL certificate. It's simple.
Can I integrate the application with my processor?
Yes, we have integrated with a number of top tier processors. To find out if your
processor can be integrated, please contact us.
What applications are currently being used in your system today?
We currently have over 20 various banks and processors already setup in our solution.
Including First Data, Concord, EVO, Wells Fargo, Bankcorp South, Mission Valley,
1st National Bank Of Nevada, E-Commerce Exchange, Cynergy, Vital, and I-Payment.
We have a unique business process for various parts of our business; can you accommodate
your product to this?
Yes. We understand that every business is different. This is why we designed the application
using a true workflow methodology. To meet the needs of any business.
What if I only want certain users to only view their information and not everyone
else?
We have a very robust security model that allows security roles to be managed
at the organization level. This can include partners, agent offices, and internal
resources.
How much does the Merchant-Flo cost?
Since every organization has different needs, we try to understand your needs before
giving you a price. Our product can range from $600.00 per month up to $10,000 per
month depending on a number of factors.
Are there additional costs at any time, what is the pricing model?
We sell the solution as a monthly service fee. This includes free upgrades, support and
maintenace. This helps you by not having to have a big cash outlay and keeps us supporting the product. There is a small fee usually to get started. Any changes that are needed after the implementation that are only specific
to your organization will cost $125.00 per hour.
I’m trying to reduce costs in my organization, will this product help?
We have been able to add a 100% increase in productivity with staff levels at many
of our organizations.
What happens to the information that is entered into the system? Who owns it?
You own the data. If you ever need a copy of it we can provide it to you in a CSV
export. We don't sell your data. All sensitive data is encrypted with a special key
for your organization.
Can this product automatically setup my software gateway?
Yes, we have integrated directly with Authorize.NET and many other gateways. One
click and your gateway is ready.
Is Merchant-Flo best suited for large organizations or small ones?
Both, we have some organizations with as few as two employees using it with some
up to 45 employees.
I already have some components of your system but like others, can I just buy certain
components?
Yes, each module can be sold separately. We have integrated with many pre-existing
systems.
What kind of support do you provide?
First, support is very important to us. We try to fix every bug and every issue as soon as possible. Our support staff is available from 8:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST either by phone or
e-mail.
Can I brand it for my organization?
Yes, you get your own domain name and logo that is specific to your organization.
