Automatically import, manage, calculate, and distribute residuals based on criteria specific to individual agreements.
When an organization is entered into Merchant-Flo all your contractual residual agreements can be entered into the system. This includes splits on income, overrides to 3rd parties, and bounties.
When residuals are processed each month this information is automatically used to calculate residuals. Changing a split or changing an override for an organization is as simple as entering it. Creates common, searchable data from raw residual information from the processor. Many times your residual information comes in a number of different formats. This makes it very hard to understand how your organization is performing as a whole. With Merchant-Flo's residual module all residual income is normalized into a single dataset so you can see how your entire business is doing, not just parts of it. |

After residuals are imported and automatically processed, a review screen allows you to review the residuals, make adjustments, and then pay. When you pay, the residual streams are automatically ACH'd to your partners' bank account. Yes residuals are now as easy as clicking a button.

No matter if it was a refund to a merchant that needs to be passed to a partner or a loan that needs to be deducted from their resiudal each month. With Merchant-Flo's general ledger you always know what is due to your organization. Advanced reporting allows you and your partners to view the details related to residuals in real-time. No more generating reports and sending them to partners, with a simple login your partners can come in and view their residuals for any time period.
