The Merchant-Flo solution not only streamlines the merchant’s application and boarding, it also helps you provide superior customer service to your merchants. You can now automatically create request tickets based on merchants needs, and because the tickets are dynamic, you can easy check to make sure customer service is completing jobs quickly and accurately. In addition, with a simple feed from your processor, you can view daily transaction information for your merchants.

Manage all key details about your merchant in one place.   Our merchant management module allows for either customer service and/or processors to update key information about merchants when it changes.

Merchant request workflows.   Once a merchant goes live there are many requests that can come from them. These requests include :

  • Contact Information Changes
  • Business Name Change
  • Checking Account Change
  • Processing Limit Change
  • Account Closures

  • With our integrated workflow these requests can automatically be created by the merchant from your website and automatically tasked with the correct merchant account.

    ACH settlements & transaction reporting.   Our automated process will import your daily ACH settlements and transactions and display them with the merchant file so you can give answers now, not tomorrow.

    ACH Rejects reporting.   Information on ACH Rejects can also be viewed with the merchant so you have a history and understanding of the merchant when they call or request information.

    Income reporting.   Automatically view the various income streams on a per merchant basis. Allowing you to know where you are loosing money on various interchange categories and other fees.

    Dynamic Tasks.   Assign tasks to yourself and/or other sales agents to make sure everything is completed to get the merchant application finished. No more sticky notes on what more is needed to get an application ready. All of the task items are visible to those involved.

    Furthermore, Many calls and requests that come from merchants when they are live have a lot of action that needs to go along with them besides the normal who, what and when.

    With Merchant-Flo's dynamic tasks, all requests can be customzied to make sure the right information is captured when the request is made, being worked on and closed.

    Notes and messaging.   Keep all communication between your organization and the merchant in a single repository. This allows complete visibility on merchant communication so you always know what was told to the merchant, when it was communicated, and by whom.

    Activity details.  Keeps detailed accounts of what data was changed and by what sales associate, manager or merchant, so there’s never any confusion.

    Residual information.  If you are using our residual module you can view residuals on a per merchant basis and what agents were paid as a result of the income.
