Merchant information is entered directly in Merchant-Flo which then guides you through the boarding process using an advanced workflow system that reflects how business really gets done. Applications can be stopped, started, redirected to other departments for approvals and finally signed without any paper forms. Anyone can start and complete an online merchant application. Merchants can complete applications on their own, or a sales associate can partially or fully complete the application, and simply have the merchant review online, fill in any data if missing, and automatically sign directly online. Our solution works the way your business does, and applications are complete and signed, and are ready for processing in as little as one phone call.

Application and information automatically goes to correct sales person. With role-based security, you define what merchant applications can be seen and managed by whom. Silos allow managers to see everything while sales agents see only their own data and applications.

Multiple principal/signer capability. Implement your own business rules for second principal signature or you can force a second principal’s signature. The choice is yours.

Application process is customized exactly to your merchant application. The Online Application & e-Sign module is not a one size fits all solution. The module is set up following your workflow parameters, allowing your sales group and merchants to make sure all the necessary information is being displayed and gathered, while no time is wasted on unnecessary information.

Rates are defined for your sales group and partners. Rates are automatically set based on defined parameters for any number of sales groups and partners. And because the correct rates are always loaded by default, there’s no fear of misleading information being conveyed to your merchants. Whatever rates are displayed will always match your agreement. But you can also change them on a deal-by-deal basis.

Resubmitted declined applications to new processors. Many times you get an application from a processor that is declined. Instead of getting new documentation from your merchant, with Merchant-Flo you can simply change the processor and re-generate all your documentation automatically. Without having to go back to the merchant for additional documentation and signatures.

Direct integration with Merchant-Flo's workflow & boarding Module. Keeps the sales groups, and the underwriting and processing groups synchronized, in real-time.
One electronic signature many documents. With our online signature, your customer signs just once and the signature is applied to multiple documents. An easy preview allows the merchant to review all the documents before signature. Plus documents can be automatically displayed or hidden based on your business rules.

Data is never lost.

Incomplete apps can be restarted at any time. If an application is abandon by a merchant, the sales person can finish it over the phone with the merchant and send it out for electronic signature with a click of the mouse. Your applications are never lost!

File Management.

All merchant documentation is stored in one place. For example, if your online application generates all your merchant agreements, but you also need a copy of the driver’s license, our file management utility allows you to upload the image and store all the files in one folder. Plus file management is done automatically in one easy step—all corresponding documentation can be directly uploaded to the application, so all supporting documentation is at your fingertips.

Task work that needs to get done. Assign tasks to yourself and/or other sales agents to make sure everything is completed to get the merchant application finished. No more sticky notes on what more is needed to get an application ready for underwriting. All of the task items are visible to those involved.

Notes and Messaging. Keep all communication between your organization and the merchant in a single repository. This allows complete visibility on merchant communication so you always know what was told to the merchant, when it was communicated, and by whom.
